Discrimination and Hate Crimes Protections
For private companies, Pennsylvania does not offer workplace discrimination protection based on sexual orientation. And as of 1975, the United States gave an executive order to Pennsylvania to offer workplace discrimination protection based on sexual orientation. And in 2003, the United States added sexual identity protection to that executive order.
There is no hate crime protection for LGBT individuals.
