He previously obtained a unanimous seven-figure jury verdict for a police officer victimized by discrimination and retaliation.

Early Life Of Jeremy S. Golden

Mr. Jeremy S. Golden decided to become an attorney because he had an innate desire to help people, especially those who need help navigating the legal system. For most people, the law can be complex and daunting without an attorney so he was determined to assist those people.

Mr. Golden received his B.A. at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and his Juris Doctor at the Santa Clara University School of Law in 2003. At first, Mr. Golden envisioned himself to be dealing with tech law.

Later on he realized that he is more passionate about helping people with their day-to-day issues rather than dealing with businesses or corporations. Giving relief and making a big impact in these people’s lives brings him more satisfaction.

I put 6-10 hrs. hours, as no other options, as time worked on a case "immediately"! IT is an unknown commodity @ THIS TIME, it all depends HOW deep we go in said matter! PLEASE stop these mindless questions, I've answered 4 questionaires before any work, discovery, or ANY prosecution of SAID case, has began! I actually worked with Mr. Cardona, an associate in Mr. Golden's office and I am completely satisfied with his services. My case was handled very well and had an excellent outcome. I would definitely recommend this law office to anyone looking for legal representation.

Jeremy impressed me from day one. He was among the first to respond to my case posting on Legal Match with a personal message on his goals to best represent me. Since I hired him as my attorney, he has handled my case as if I were his only client with timely answers, updates and follow-ups. And within 1 month he arranged a settlement with the bank for less than 50% of my debt, dismissed a lawsuit and contacted the major credit bureaus to reflect an updated status on my account. Atty. Jeremy Golden is a very excellent human being. Very compassionate and understanding. He understood my needs and situations financially and yet was very willing to help me . Jeremy Golden really helped me with my case, and it was resolved in my favor quickly. Since hiring Jeremy I have called him for legal advice about a separate matter and he was very helpful.
