I'm happy that LegalMatch provides a lot of strong leads on a monthly basis. Not everyone's perfect. Not everyone is a good fit for us. But we have a constant stream of clients who we may match with, and we're able to help. I was looking for a marketing service and it was a good fit at the time. It's continued and I've been very happy with this ever since.

The quality of leads that come through LegalMatch is significantly better than the Law Referral Service. Out of maybe every ten leads, there's somebody there who would certainly hire me. As long as I reach out, I'll get that business. The best way to get something out of the LegalMatch relationship is to immediately respond to new leads and then follow up with a phone call so that you can convert them into actual work.
My advice to attorneys who are new to using LegalMatch is they have to follow up with new leads. Do it quickly. Either find out that they're a good match or move them on so that you don't have a queue.
If you want more clients, serve the clients that you have very well and get referrals. If you're going to use a referral service, follow up with the leads quickly and make sure that they are engaged. It's not as hard to get new clients as you think it is, as long as you do good work. Start using a proven marketing tool to take the challenging task of getting new clients, I should have done it five years before I did.
