Those templates are going to be as important as anything. If you’re a prospect and you’re looking at this video, there are automated responses you can turn to. I can be notified that someone has posted a need in my area of law in the part of the state I work in. In less than 10 seconds I can give a response to that.

Let’s say I have a probate prospect. The template outlines the entire probate process and tells them about my firm’s experience in doing it, things they can be doing in the meantime to be ready.

I don’t have to create a new response every time I respond to a lead. I can buff and polish the templates and get them as tight and as good as I can and I can respond in seconds with these. Many times getting to that lead first can really be critical.

LegalMatch Gives Quality Leads, Increasing My ROI

The most beneficial thing about a LegalMatch membership is the quality of leads you get. Because the prospect uploads a synopsis of his case, I can read that synopsis and tell pretty quickly whether I’m a good fit for that case or not. I can tell by reading that synopsis whether or not someone is just angry because of how he’s been treated. I’m able to evaluate a case before I ever talk to a lead, familiarize myself with the situation and prepare arguments that strike home to those people I talk to. It all gives me a leg up on business.

Leads are Consistent on a Daily Basis

I get six or eight referrals from LegalMatch a day, maybe 12 on a heavy day or four on a light day. If I can get them on the phone, we can convert about 60 of the truly qualified prospects a month.

On a monthly basis I get 10 or 12 times return on investment. Each month I’m spending a little over 800 dollars and I’m very confident that it’s generating more than 10,000 a month in return.

The best thing about LegalMatch is just the ease of operation. Anytime you need help, anytime that you’re unsure about what you’re doing, the support team or your account manager are there by the phone in order to walk you through your situation.

You have to spend some time with the buttons and switches and find out where everything is and how everything works. If you don’t, then you wind up spending your time figuring those things out when you should be converting that lead.

When we respond, and in my office everyone is looking at LegalMatch when we respond, that response is going out over my signature from whoever sees the prospect first. Then my admin assistant is notified and she follows up as quickly as possible by phone and sets a phone consult. I’m spending two and a half or three hours a day on my LegalMatch dashboard.

The bottom line is that the investment works. There are a huge number of attorneys that will tell you they have learned to work the system successfully. These have tweaked their processes to embrace the influx of business.
