I'm in my fifth year now on my LegalMatch membership and I’m overall happy. They said that the return on investment should be 3 to 1 but this past year was substantially much more than that. I'm not rich but I'm not broke either so LegalMatch has positively impacted my business for sure. It’s keeping my business going. As a matter of fact, three of the five people I had this morning were LegalMatch clients.
Some might frown upon having to pay the leads but I can assure you that the money that you spend is well worth the investment, provided you're willing to take the time to make the contact with the people. To a new LegalMatch member attorney, my advice would be to reply to everything even if you're not interested in it.
I've had I think a hundred and thirty clients in the five years and in that time, I probably also had another thirty to forty referrals from individuals who originally had me from LegalMatch. That's the return on the investment.
I'm very generous to LegalMatch when it comes to revenue. Like if I had somebody who is a LegalMatch client a long time ago and they come back to me again, I still get LegalMatch credit for that person even though they didn't utilize LegalMatch the second time again.

So it's not just a one-sided approach. Gabriel calls me every month. Gabriel's my is my liaison and he calls me every month and makes sure that I'm satisfied, asks if there are any issues, and sees what he can do to try and help me. So there is support.
