There are a lot of times I get leads and I know I can't help them, but I know what they need to do. So, I talk to them anyway and give them advice. I do that a lot of times. I tell them if there's nothing I can do for them or if they need to go to another state and file a lawsuit. Some may need to go to a state service that is free, which is a community service. I ask them to try to let me have my weekends, but if it's an emergency, I will take their call.
