Membership Department Positions

In our San Francisco and Austin offices, LegalMatch is looking for highly skilled individuals to assist with the lawyer recruitment process. We need effective, talented, business-savvy individuals to set appointments, conduct interviews, and secure attorneys for membership. We are currently interviewing candidates for the following positions:

Membership Recruitment Manager

Job Description: A vital role in our sales process, the Membership Recruiting Manager will place and receive calls in order to generate contracts with prospective LegalMatch attorneys. His or her primary goal will be to match the needs of attorneys with the needs of the company, discussing pricing, and culminating with a contract.

Compensation

As a LegalMatch employee your package includes base salary of $30K/year, bonus incentives, full training and health and dental benefits.

Marketing Manager

Job Description: LegalMatch, headquartered in South San Francisco, is a profitable, privately-held company on the fast track. Our mission is to provide the best way for people to find an attorney, and the best way for attorneys to focus and grow their practices.

As part of our Marketing Management Team you will develop relationships with our member attorneys and contribute to their success by helping them review cases, draft client responses and effectively use our system to grow their practices

Required Qualifications:

1 to 2 years Client Services or Account Management experience
Superb phone skills
Strong communication and writing skills.

Physical Requirements

The Marketing Manager position requires no lifting beyond 20 pounds. It does require the ability to perform most of the functions of the job from a sitting position (80%). The position requires the use of spoken and written English. The position requires the use of telephone systems and computer keyboards for an extended period of time.
