PAS Phone Access

After you present your case on LegalMatch, a LegalMatch Staff Attorney will contact you by phone within one business day. At that time, you can confidentially discuss your situation for 30 minutes. The Staff Attorney will listen to your story and identify the legal issues that are most relevant to your case.

The Staff Attorney will then create an optimized summary of your case, ensuring that it appeals to lawyers in your area. When our Staff Attorney has finished preparing your case write-up, it will be sent through our system to LegalMatch lawyers via a Priority email broadcast, letting them know that a high-value case has been presented. Each PAS case is:

  • Legally compelling: Using correct terminology and providing a strong presentation of the facts exponentially increases the value of your case for prospective lawyers.

  • Properly categorized: The correct legal category for your case isn't always the obvious one. If you've miscategorized your case, it might not reach the right lawyers. As a result, you might not get any responses. But PAS Cases will always be seen by lawyers who practice in a relevant area of law.

  • Well-written: Prospective lawyers are often turned off by a case description riddled with grammatical errors. PAS Cases read flawlessly. Even if you forget to include important case information, our LegalMatch Staff Attorneys will contact you with recommendations for filling in the blanks.

Although you should begin receiving response messages immediately, it may take up to one full business day for the majority of lawyers to review and respond to your case.

PAS Email Access

After you present your case on LegalMatch, a LegalMatch Staff Attorney will review your case within 1 business day.

Standard FREE Service

After you've written a description of your case, your case is directly entered into the LegalMatch system where our state-of-the-art software matches your case to pre-screened local lawyers in the area you requested.

Although you may immediately begin receiving response messages from interested LegalMatch lawyers, typically it takes 1-3 business days for the majority of lawyers to review and respond to your case.

LegalMatch Premium Assisted Guarantees

Three major guarantees accompany every case that you submit through LegalMatch Premium Assisted Service:

  • Your credit card will not be billed until our Customer Service Staff Attorney has approved your case. If we have any doubts about finding you a suitable lawyer, we will not take your money.

  • If you are not happy with LegalMatch Premium Assisted Service for any reason, and it has been less than 30 days since you presented your case through our system, we will refund your entire Priority Service fee.

  • LegalMatch guarantees satisfaction to all clients. For LegalMatch clients that register for our free standard service, LegalMatch offers a $1,000 Satisfaction Guarantee.
