Email Notification Frequency

You may choose between three options as to how often you would like to be notified of new cases by email:

  • Immediate notification as new cases are presented in your practice area and jurisdiction.
  • Once per day of all cases presented in your practice area and jurisdiction.
  • No email notification at all.

Regardless of your email notification frequency, all potential cases that match your profile will be displayed on your personalized home page.

To change your email notification frequency, click on Contact Information on the left side of your main browser window. Then click on Modify at the bottom of the page, and scroll down to the field Email notification preferences. Make your changes, click on Next, and on the final page, click on Submit.

If you are not receiving email from LegalMatch and believe you should be, verify that your spam filter settings are set to allow receipt of email from LegalMatch.
