Finding and downloading forms on the LegalMatch Form Store, powered by U.S. Legal Forms
(USLF), is very easy.
1. Locate the form you need by using any of the links on the home page or by using the search engine. 2. If you want the download (electronic) version of the form, click on the DOWNLOAD icon and if you want the form MAILED by regular mail, click on the ORDER icon. These icons are located to the right of the price of the form. This will add the form to your shopping cart. 3. Continue shopping to add more forms by using your back button or the return links, or click on the "Submit this Order on the Secure Server" button at the bottom of the shopping cart. 4. Complete the secure order form and click "Process my Order - Secure". This will take you to the download page where the available formats of the form will be listed. 5. Right click on the desired format of the form and save to your hard drive. Note: If you have problems with the download page, check your e-mail. We send an e-mail with links to download the forms you ordered. 6. Open the form, edit, complete and print. 7. Don't worry if you have problems. Simply e-mail us and we will assist.
