Jacobson is facing charges of vehicular homicide, assault, fleeing an accident scene, and driving under the influence in connection with an accident in which she was driving with a suspended license.  A Denver County Court set bail at $200,000 in accordance with the city’s district attorney’s plan to crack down on repeat offenders such as Jacobson, who was convicted on one occasion for a DUI resulting in injury or death, and on another occasion for driving 20 mph in excess of the speed limit.
