Brian joined LegalMatch in January of 2013. Contributing to both marketing and sales teams, he manages member accounts, helps member attorneys design online profiles, oversees social media activities, and writes the occasional blog post.
Prior to his arrival at LegaMatch, Brian spent 10 years working in the music industry in roles including label honcho, creative director, artist & repertoire, and DJ. He also spent five years buying and selling electronic music and writing hundreds of album reviews for Amoeba Music in San Francisco. In the thick of the tremors brought on by the rampant digitization of music, and the worsening recession, Brian became increasingly intrigued by the benefits of using social media for marketing purposes. In that regard, he enjoys the opportunity at LegalMatch to engage more customers and attorneys through the creation and curation of meaningful legal-based content.
Brian holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Iowa and an M.A. in Media Arts from the University of Arizona.
In his personal life, Brian loves exploring California, hiking and biking, listening to obscure vinyl, making electronic music, and drinking Bavarian ales.
